Raeford Commissioners approved several new subdivisions for the county.

Kingston Village
37.38 acres located at Fayetteville Road and Johnson Mill Road
75 lots – request submitted by Floyd Properties & Development

Buffalo Creek
50.85 acres located on Neil Sinclair Road
47 lots – request submitted by Drafting and Design Services Inc.

Strother Landing
20.16 acres located on Strother Road
26 lots – request submitted by LKC engineering. County sewer is not available

Other Rezonings:

subdivision – no name to date
98.39 acres located near Royal Birkdale Drive, near Turnberry
lots TBD – request submitted by Ralph Huff – lots will be a minimum of 8,000 square feet
