Rezoning:  agricultural residential rezoned to community commercial

Purpose:  commercial

Rezoning:  rural residential county zoning to agricultural residential city zoning district
Location:  NE quadrant of Stoney Point and Sykes Pond Roads

Purpose:  annexation request

The following special use permit request was denied unanimously.

Permit:  special use permit for a cellular communications tower
