Sanford City Council Passes Annexation Request

The City of Sanford City Council passed a petition for annexation of 18.11 acres of land.  The land is owned by Mary Knipple.  The property is located at 2919 Beachtree Drive in Sanford.  This annexation is a first in a series of steps.

A group of investors wishes to develop the property as commercial.
