Zoning Commission approves Ramsey Street Project

The City of Fayetteville Zoning Commission unanimously approved the following rezoning on Ramsey Street.  The rezoning case will move forward to an upcoming City Council meeting for final approve before the development may begin.

Case:  P16-01F The rezoning of property from SF-10 Single Family Residental, MR-5 Mix Residential, OI-Office and Institutional and PND – Planned Neighborhood Development TO LC/CZ Limited Commercial Conditional Zoning Diestrict.

Location:  Between 6003 to 6029 Ramsey Street

Property Owner:  Columbia Development

Development Project:  Harris Teeter (anchor store)
