Fort Bragg new Basic Allowance for Housing rates

Department of Defense (DOD) has released new Basic Allowance for Housing rates that began January 1, 2016.

From the DOD:

The 2016 Basic Allowance for Housing (BAH) rates are based on the current local median market rent and average household utilities (including electricity, heat, and water/sewer) in each military housing area; and incorporate a two percent out-of-pocket amount.
